A. Noni Holmes-Kidd
Chief Legal Officer
A.Noni Holmes-Kidd serves as Parkway’s Chief Legal Officer and oversees all legal and compliance matters for the firm. She previously served as Parkway’s General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer.

In addition to her role at Parkway, Noni is a frequent speaker at national conferences on topics ranging from real estate trends to ESG initiatives. Prior to joining Parkway, Noni worked in the corporate securities group at Hogan Lovells US LLP (“Hogan”) in Washington, D.C., and following her time at Hogan, was an Associate at Promontory Financial Group in Washington, D.C. Orlando Business Journal named Noni a “Woman to Watch” in 2016, and in 2017, she was named one of the publication’s “40 under 40”. In 2020, Noni received the I-4 Business Emerging Leader Award, and in 2023, she was named one of Kayo’s Top 23 women in REITs. Noni serves on the executive committee of the Emory University College Alumni Board and is Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Orlando Shakespeare Theater. She also serves on the board of directors of the Mennello Museum of American Art and the Acquisition Trust of the Orlando Museum of Art, and she is a member of the Smithsonian Florida Regional Council. Noni holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.
Brad Freels
Co-Executive Chairman
Brad Freels serves as Parkway’s Co-Executive Chairman and is responsible for setting and implementing the company’s direction and strategy. He also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Midway, Parkway’s development partner, and was named Co-Executive Chairman of Parkway in May of 2023 when Midway and Parkway announced the new venture between the firms.

Brad joined Midway in May 1983 and opened its Houston office at that time. He became a partner in 1990 and was appointed Chairman in 1999. He is the sole shareholder of Midway Holdings, LP, the holding company for an integrated group of real estate and investment-related companies that operate under Midway. Under Brad’s leadership, Midway has prospered and become one of the most active developer/investment owners in the greater Houston area. Midway has developed and acquired more than 45 million square feet of office, industrial, hospitality, multi-family, medical, and retail properties throughout the United States and Northern Mexico, and more than 4,500 acres of business and residential communities in more than a dozen cities. Brad is involved with numerous national and local business, educational, Christian, and charitable organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
James Heistand
Co-Executive Chairman
James Heistand serves as Parkway’s Co-Executive Chairman and is responsible for setting and implementing the company’s direction and strategy. Under Jim’s leadership, Parkway has built a premier portfolio of office, industrial and multifamily properties in the Sunbelt. James served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Parkway Properties, Inc., a NYSE-listed office REIT headquartered in Orlando, Florida, from 2012 to 2017, when he took the company private with CPPIB.

James joined Parkway as Chairman in 2011 through the company’s merger with Eola Capital. As Eola’s founder and Chairman since its inception in 1999, he was responsible for the acquisition of $1.3 billion of office assets backed by PSP, GE Capital, Lehman Brothers, and others that included 13.3 million square feet in Florida, Atlanta, and Virginia. James also served as Chairman of DASCO with his purchase of the company, an owner, developer, and operator of medical office buildings throughout the United States, from 1999 until its sale to CNL Assisted Living REIT in 2004. In 1989, James founded and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Associated Capital Properties, Inc. (ACP), an office and investment company focused in Florida. He directed all areas of the company’s operations, including its strategic planning, acquisitions, development, and financings, until its sale in 1997 to Highwoods Properties. ACP had grown to be the largest private owner of office properties in Florida. Jim subsequently served as a senior vice president for Highwoods from 1997 to 1999 and as a member of its board of directors. Prior to forming ACP, James was President of Major Realty 1987, a publicly traded real estate company. In addition to his current role at Parkway, James is a member of the Chairman’s Circle of the real estate advisory board for the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida and is a recipient of the UF Bergstrom Center Hall of Fame Award in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from the University of Florida.
Jamie Bryant
Co-Chief Executive Officer 
Jamie Bryant serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Parkway and is a member of Parkway’s Board. As Co-CEO, he co-leads the Executive Team that oversees the implementation of Parkway’s business plan and strategy, its operations, and its incredible team members.

Jamie previously served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Midway and was named Co-CEO of Parkway in May of 2023 when Midway and Parkway announced the new venture between the firms. Jamie joined Midway in 2002, was named Executive Vice President in 2014, Chief Operating Officer in 2019, and President in 2021. In addition to his role at Parkway, Jamie is an active Board member for Houston’s historic Fifth Ward redevelopment authority; he serves as Vice President of the Board for Avenue, a Houston-based non-profit community development organization; he is an active Board member for NextSeed Inc., a Houston based financial technology firm; and he serves as an Advisory Board member for Cadence Bank. Jamie holds a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in management/finance from Tulane University.
John Kosciulek
Chief Financial Officer
John Kosciulek serves as Parkway’s Chief Financial Officer and manages the day-to-day accounting functions for all the firm’s properties, including equity reporting, cash flow projections, acquisition and disposition accounting, budgeting, and annual financial audits. John oversees a centralized team of financial professionals that adhere to public company policies and procedures.

In addition to his core functions at Parkway, John and his team built an extensive third-party accounting services platform that provides accounting, treasury management, and financial advisory services for our clients and institutional partners. John joined the Parkway team through the firm’s acquisition of Eola Capital LLC in 2011. At Eola, he served as Director of Third-Party Accounting and assumed accounting responsibilities for approximately 25 JV operating portfolios throughout the Southeast. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Kansas.
Matt Mooney
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Mooney serves as Parkway’s Chief Operating Officer and oversees operations, pursues new investment and development opportunities, and plays an integral role in managing the company’s investor relationships.

Prior to joining Parkway, Matt served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Cousins Properties in Atlanta, Georgia, where he oversaw a portfolio of over 7 million square feet and commenced more than 1 million square feet of new development activity. Prior to the 2016 merger between Legacy Parkway and Cousins, Matt led the company’s growth in the Phoenix market, where we were named NAIOP-Arizona Owner/Developer of the Year. Matt graduated Summa Cumme Laude from Mississippi State University, where he received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration and was a member of the Men’s Golf Team. He is active in numerous organizations, including the Phoenix Thunderbirds, hosts of the PGA Tour’s WM Phoenix Open, where he will serve as the 2025 Tournament Chairman.
M. Jayson Lipsey
Co-Chief Executive Officer 
M. Jayson Lipsey serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Parkway and is a member of Parkway’s Board. As Co-CEO, he co-leads the Executive Team and oversees all aspects of Parkway’s business, including investments, development, asset management, leasing, and property management for the firm’s owned assets and third-party relationships. During his tenure at Parkway, Jayson has been closely involved with several billion dollars of commercial real estate transactions, including six strategic mergers and acquisitions. Jayson first joined Parkway as a summer intern, started working for Parkway full-time in 2001, and has filled no fewer than ten different positions since, while living in five different cities.

Immediately prior to his current role at Parkway, Jayson served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer for Strive Communities, a private equity-owned operator of manufactured housing communities. Jayson holds a Master of Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. He received the William Michael Shermet Award for academic excellence, the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence and was elected to the Raven Society. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington and Lee University.
Pam Jesse
Chief People Officer
Pam Jesse serves as Parkway’s Chief People Officer and oversees team operations, including employee management, benefits, and helping to foster the Parkway culture. She also oversees the firm’s information technology and environmental, social, and governance departments.

Pam previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Midway and was named Chief People Officer of Parkway in May of 2023 when Midway and Parkway announced the new venture between the firms. Pam joined Midway in May 2003 as Director of Finance/Controller and assumed the additional responsibilities of Vice President of Finance and Administration in September 2010; she was named Executive Vice President in 2012 and Chief Financial Officer in 2019. Prior to joining Midway, Pam served as Controller of Hamm Corporation, a Houston-based development company where she was responsible for all accounting functions, as well as a Senior Project Accountant for Hines and an Assurance Senior Accountant at KPMG. Pam is a member of the Dress for Success Advisory Council and Corporate Guild Steering Committee, as well as the Houston Chapter of CREW, and serves on the Steering Committee for ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University.
